1) Step-By-Step Guide: In-app Purchase
Here is an in-app purchase guide for you! You can support your favourite Pepul Creators by purchasing their premium content with the following steps:
Step 1: Download Pepul. The app is available on both iOS and Android.
Step 2: Tap the coins on the top-right corner of the screen and click “Purchase Pepul Coins,” or tap your profile, and tap the three lines at the top right corner of your screen. Now, choose the “Buy Pepul Coins” option. Or you can also tap a creator video and click subscribe button.
Step 3: A new window showing the various subscription plans will appear on your screen. Here, you can support your favourite creators and watch their exclusive premium video content for 10 months from various categories including education, entertainment and more. Choose your favourite plan. For example, tap Rs.99 from your screen, and hold for a few seconds for the payment window to open. Now, tap the “Buy” button by choosing any of the payment options from your screen.

After this, you can now subscribe to any 1 or more of your favourite Pepul creators to enjoy their exclusive premium video content.
2) Step-By-Step Guide: Website Purchase
Step 1: If you would like to purchase the premium video content of any one of the Pepul Creators, you can do so by tapping on the red button on the Pepul website under the webpage “Pricing.”
Step 2: Type in your mobile number which is the same as the one you use to sign up in the Pepul app.
After submitting your mobile number, you can scan the QR code and pay using any of the given payment options.
Step 3: Now, tap the “Pay Now” button on the window.
Congrats! You have successfully subscribed to the particular creator’s channel. You can now find your subscribed creator under the tab “My Subscription” inside the Pepul Creators screen of the Pepul app. You can also check them under your transaction history from your profile.
NOTE: If you would like to purchase the premium content of more than 1 creator (bundle package) you can do so by choosing any of the packages on the Pepul website under the web page “Pricing.” Now, repeat the process of Step 2 and Step 3 as above.
CONGRATS! You have now successfully purchased your chosen package of creators. You will now find your desired package of creators in the form of Pepul coins.
For example, if you have purchased the package of 10 creators’ exclusive videos @ Rs.99, you will find 10,000 Pepul coins in the wallet inside the Pepul app. After this, you can now subscribe to any 10 of your favourite Pepul creators.
How to subscribe to your favourite creators’ content?
NOTE: You can watch the creators’ free videos without subscribing to their channel. However, if you like their free videos and wish to watch, or support any of your favourite creators,’ you can do so by subscribing to their channel to catch up on their premium videos, and exclusively watch them on the Pepul app.
After you have purchased your favourite creators through the Pepul app or website, perform the following steps to subscribe to them!
Step 1: Open the Pepul app!
Step 2: After completing the profile details, choose the “Creators” menu at the bottom of your screen.
You can subscribe to your favourite creators’ exclusive videos:
1. Trending Tab
Under the Trending tab, you can see the top trending creators’ videos on the Pepul app. All the videos of creators who are on Pepul will appear here on this screen.
Tap the “View Channel” button against each of the creators’ videos to look into their profile. Now, a creator’s profile appears on your screen. Click on the green “Subscribe” button to subscribe to their channel.
You could find the “Explore by categories” section where you can explore Pepul Creators through various categories and then go to their profile to subscribe to them. Or, you can just tap a creator’s video anywhere on the screen, and tap the green “+ Subscribe” button to watch their exclusive premium videos.
2. Explore Creators Tab
Under Explore Creators tab, you can tap on a creator and explore his channel. Or, you can directly click on the green “Subscribe” button to subscribe to their channel. There is also an option to subscribe to a creators’ bundle wherein you can buy 5 creators and get 1 creator for free. All you have to do is to tap the yellow “+ Subscribe” button under this tab.
3. Search Bar
By simply typing in the Search Bar, the name of the creator or the type of video content you wish to see, you can find a list of suggestions through which you can click and view their channel. Once you find them, you can tap to view their channel and click the “Subscribe” button to subscribe to them.

How to watch your favourite creators’ content?
After subscribing to one or more of your favourite Pepul Creators, you can watch their premium videos by following the below process:
- Open the Pepul app
- Tap the “Creators” tab at the bottom of your screen
- Now, you will find 3 different tabs: Trending, Explore Creators, and My Subscription.
- Trending Tab: Under the Trending tab, you can see the top trending creators’ videos on the Pepul app. All the videos of creators who are on the Pepul app will appear here on this screen. You can tap on “View Channel” to go to their profile wherein you can see 3 categories of videos: Free Videos, Exclusive Videos and Shorts. Watch any kind of video by just tapping them under each of these categories.

Free videos: Free Videos are those videos of creators wherein you could know about a particular creator, the type of content that they are going to share on their channel, sneak peeks, an overview of the premium category content and topics that are not available on premium category but are available for free only on the free category, etc. Free Videos give you an opportunity to understand the different kinds of topics that a creator shares on his/her channel.
Premium or Exclusive videos: Premium/ Exclusive videos are those videos that a creator shares exclusively on the Pepul app. Such premium videos are not available on any other platforms except the Pepul app. The users would have to pay a small subscription fee to watch the exclusive content of their favourite creators. If you like a particular creator’s video content after watching their free videos, you can choose to subscribe to their premium content by following the above-mentioned steps.
Shorts: Shorts are usually short-form videos under 1 minute that a creator shares. They are short, catchy videos to help the audience know more about them. This also helps the users to get more knowledge of their video content.
